Thumbnails are a problem here. Sometimes they don't happen until your work is burried so deep in the site that no one will ever see the thumbs anyway. I wish we could all just subit thumbs of a certain size; that would take the weight off the site and make sure that people who don't even know how to resize an image couldn't submit. That's my theory.

They called me in to fire me today, but by the time I got there the story had changed and now they want me full time. I think this is that whole corporate thing I was hearing about. Emotional.
